The individuals I am interested in are Delman and Edna (nee Edmunds) RAINEY. They were married in Perry county in 1928 (would love a copy of marriage cert). Delman was born 7/5/1909 (place unknown) and died Jan 1966 (info found on SSDI). One of their children was named Richard (middle initial D possibly stands for Delman).
