My husband, is descended from Johann Heinrich Dreves who migrated from Sonneborn, Lippe Detmold, Germany to the USA in 1848. The ancestry line runs from his son, Heinrich Friedrich Dreves (Fritz) married to Catherine Trede. Does any of this sound familiar to you?
