According to Symantec, maker of NortonAntivirus, this is a hoax. jdbgmgr.exe is a legitimate Microsoft Windows file. If you have already deleted the file, don't worry about it, it's not necessary to reinstall it. For details, go to www.symantec.com and look at their virus encyclopedia.
