When I was looking for some, I went through the public library. There is a library in Sparta and a lot of those other little towns. I just emailed in the request - it probably would take them a little longer if they don't have an exact date of death for the person. Anyway, they will do it for you if you don't mind waiting a little while (sometimes they are very busy, etc.).
