The Enoch P Morgan died in Cook County but census said he was born in Wale. Then the other Enoch D. Morgan died in 1903 at 66 yrs old Cook County. I couldn't fin him in the 1900 census in Illinois.So I don't know if this could be your or not. I coould find Lucius Morgan in the census only 1900 in Jackson County. The Enoch Morgan I found in the Civil War was from N.Y. and he was the only one I could find with first name Enoch. Hope this helps.
