    2. The Poupel/Morddel family
    3. Hello Velda, For years, I have come across that listing of Revolutionary Soldiers buried in Randolph County and Illinois. In truth, there is at least one mistake. My ancestor, John Dodge, though he fought with Rogers Clark's Illinois Regiment, did not die in Illinois, but in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. He was buried in the old Ste. Genevieve Cemetery, much of which has been damaged, so I do not believe that there is a tombstone. I am attaching a scan of his death registration which confirms this. Maybe you would like to put a little note to the list of Rev. War soldiers for future Dodge researchers. All the best Anna --------------------------------- 8:00? 8:25? 8:40?
