Cathy, I don't know this family, but a Todd was married into the Wittenbrink family. She had been married to a Todd and when he died, she married the Wittenbrink. I will have to give you the real stuff one day soon. Take a look at the letter below. Velda Wittenbrink Moore vel_chick@verizon.net http://www.larrett.com/velda/ http://www.rootsweb.com/~ilrcgs/ John Todd [toddz@wabash.net] Dear Velda, Yes I have and have a complete lineage except for the Mary Archange Napoleon Cabassier, b @ 1817 who married John Baptiste Sansoucie of Washington CO, MO, as I recall about 1838, some say they married in Ste. Genevieve. . Her parentage is uncertain but may connect to Marie Lemay, as her mother or grandmother or Antoine Cabassier as her father or grandfather or uncle. I had a hard drive crash in August and have not re-entered all the info into my FTM. I mention this because she was supposed to have died abt 1842 in Randolph County, IL. Does anyone out there recognize this Margaret? I have no birth date/place information, but have her parents listed as Joseph Todd & Rachel Quick. She had a sister (I think they were sisters at any rate) named Lydia born bet 1780-1790 that married John Laird, Jr 24 Jun 1818 at the St Louis Methodist Episcopal Church, St Louis, MO. Am trying to prove that John and Joab were brothers that married these sisters. John and Joab could be cousins as well. Jon Gearhart
