She is listed as a legatee in the Will of Amos D. BARNETT. According to the Will she lived resided at Kansas City, MO. It is a beautiful picture and gives some statistics about the bridge. My husband's father, Charles Moore, Sr., worked on both bridges, the one that was destroyed by a tornado and the present bridge. Have not connected who Emile is and where he fits into the family. I know where my grandmother and her twin sister are buried. In Calvary Cemetery in Edwardsville, Il. Cannot find Louis Pelate's place of burial or even a date of death? He died before 1900. Emily married a George Weber about 1900. Pierre was likely born ~1700 although I do not have a true date. He is the first person in the 10 generation list of Pilet descendants. Pierre and Catherine were married in Kaskaskia, IL. They had 9 children: Jean Baptiste, b 20 Jul 1721 in Kaskaskia; d 20 Jul 1721 and was buried in Kaskaskia Jean Baptiste, b 1722 in Kaskaskia; d in 1722 and was buried in Kaskaskia Antione, b 19 April 1724 in Kaskaskia Marie Louise Marie Barbe Madeleine Angelique, b ~1733 and died 1 Aug 1776 Dorothee, b ~1739 and died 8 Sep 1764 Louis, b ~1745 and died 16 AUg 1795 Angelique married Jean Baptiste Crely on 2 Sep 1755. Jacob was born in St. Louis, June 30, 1830, became a farmer in Perry County, Il, died in Randolph County, Jan 11, 1909. Emily was born in North Carolina,in 1829, they were married in Randolph County, Jan 29, 1857, died in Randolph County, Il. April 3, 1892. They were both buried in Perry County, IL, in St Mark's Cemetery in Cutler, Il. Christian Hawken was born about 1863. He was home until 1880, family legend said he went to St. Louis to become a streetcar conductor, then went to Montana to the mines. He got crosswise with the unions and had to flee for his life. The next time we see him, he has taken Emily's maiden name and the first name of John, and is married to Myrtle Kearney, who was supposedly born in North Dakota. Their son Harry J Thompson, was born in Spokane, WA May 25, 1902, he married Lois Blair in May of 1940. Their son is my husband John. Nanny Hawken was born Jan 30, 1860, in Randolph County, Il. She married Matthew Preston Oct. 19, 1882 in Randolph County. Their daughter was Mayme Preston, born Dec 4, 1888 in Randolph County, IL. She married Frank H. Blair, June 21, 1911 in Fremont County, CO. Their daughter was Lois Blair, born in Denver, CO, Sept. 11, 1914. And again their son was John C. Thompson.
