My G GrandMother was a Frances VAUGHN of Golconda, Pope Co. I have no further clue as to her family. It is thought that she was born abt 1850. She was married to George Wilson JACKSON, son of William L. JACKSON odf Pope Co. My GrandFather Thomas Gresham JACKSON was born December 2, 1866 and from family stories, Frances died shortly thereafter. We have never been able to tie her in with any family of VAUGHNs.
