Sharon, Yes Jackson did die at a very young age. What is it like living there? Some day I would love to visit Massac and Pope Co. I would love to go to the cemeteries there. And do research there too. My father and Uncle still go to Pope Co every once in awhile, I guessmy uncle has land there in Hamletsburg, they go camping. My father went to school there in hamletsburg, at that time it was a one room school house. All of my dads family use to live in Hamletsburg. I grew up in Maine but I now live in Irving Tx. I never been to Hamletsburg. The next time I get back to the Dallas library I ewill start searching the Davidson side of the family. Tell me about the Reynold's side of the family your related too.
