Hi Y'all, Can someone do a lookup in the 1870 IL. State census (if there was one) for my great grandfather, William Goins? He was born June 1868 in IL. If it's not to much trouble also for my great grandmother. She was born March 1872. Maybe she's listed in the 1880 IL. census. Thank you, Vikki
