I'm still busy researching my Ancestors, & as those of you who know me, I'm Freda Hobbs, & was born in Blind Holler on Tucker Hill in Cave-In-Rock, Illinois ! We were back there last Fall for a family Reunion, Hobbs/Hufsey's along with the Price's, Etc. This coming year it'll be the 2nd weekend in June ! Someone just sent out a E-Mail with the Surname " Shewmaker " , they are related, in fact our Postmaster is a Shewmaker ! I doon't have the E-Mail in front of me, but will try to contact the inquirer later if I can still find it, but there is a " Shewmaker Cemetery " at Cave-In-Rock just North of Town !
