Sam, Anything is possible. HOWEVER, I do not think William C. Belcher was married to anyone except SARAH ANN FORD. You will note on the list of children of William C. and Sarah Belcher, there was a John Hickman Belcher born Dec 1873. I was personally acquainted with John Hickman Belcher and never heard him speak of his father marrying someone else prior to John's birth. Also, in the pension records for William Carroll Belcher are papers regarding the death of Sarah Ford. These papers show her to be the widow, not the divorcee.
