Rena, My Barger families are Shufflebargers from Montgomery Co, VA. I am descended from both Isaac Shufflebarger and Abraham Shufflebarger, two of three brothers who migrated to Pope Co about 1830. I have some information about the Va family but would appreciate any help you can give me. In particular, I believe Isaac Shufflebarger was married to Elizabeth Burton. I also believe Elizabeth was the daughter of Benjamin Burton of Montgomery Co. Unfortunately, I know nothing more about this line.
