My grandfather was James Jacobs [1875-1938]. He married Sarah Della Yates on July 9, 1893. At some point in time he left her and their children. We do know he remarried in 1926 to a Frances Galligher in Union County, KY. He divorced her in Oct, 1927. They he may or may not have married Cora Leveritt Jacobs. My problem is: we cannot find a divorce record for Sarah Della and James. Sarah and James lived in the Eddyville/New Liberty area. Cora and James lived in Carrier Mills area. Can anyone help?
