Sharon, I understand how you feel, as I ordered 1860 census book which was only to take approximately 4 wks and took almost 8 wks and 2 ph calls. They have retired people helping with this and I think this is probably why it is taking longer, not to say they can't do this, of which they can and are very nice, but it is not a full time position for them and they like and have other things to do.
