Vicki: Stone Church Cemetery is just outside Rosiclare, Illinois. I believe it is just north of Rosiclare and just west of Elizabethtown. I have been there, but can't remember what route I took from Metropolis, Illinois to Rosiclare, maybe 146 to 34?? The Stone Church and the cemetery is still there, or at least it was in 1994. My great grandfather, Chapman Monroe BARTON was a preacher at the church at one time, and lived just up the hill from it. I would be interested in knowing who you are researching that may be buried in that cemetery. My great grandmother and great grandfather are buried there.
