Main St, Ripon, CA 95366 War Bluff is an area in Pope County, a few miles East of Eddyville. You turn off the blacktop road onto a gravel road that goes to the Raum area. You turn off the gravel road onto a lane that is on private property. I was at a cemetery there a few years ago (1970's) but it is a Shufflebarger family cemetery.
