Coral, Bucy is also spelled as Bussey/Busey and a variety of other ways in mid to late 1600's in Maryland. As for Obediah and Elizabeth Hollaway's children, I have the following names: Polly, (married a Humphry) Sally (married a Chilton), Susanna, Jinsey(married a Ware) , John, Martha/Patsy (married Wm. Bucy) James and Joannah. Polly was dead prior to 1823 as her brother, John, was appointed guardan for her dau. Susannah. Those mentioned as married did so in Caswell Co. NC. A son in the next 20 generations was called Obediah I do beleive. Several years ago when I was working on the the Halloways in Caswell Co. I came across a 'hint' that they were from Va. cannot prove it as I did persue it. This was pre-Computer days, now you know how long I have been doing genealogy. Joan
