Hi Judy, Nice to see your posting. As you will no doubt remember, I am a descendant of Isaac Robertson through his daughter Turpsy Florence, her son, Floyd Reynolds, and my father, Loren Reynolds. We have corresponded in the past, and I believe you have also corresponded with my sister, Rosemary and her son, Michael Bozovich. I don't have anything new on the Gossages. I never did know much except what you had given me. I have a book done by Forest Gossage, but it is absolutely rife with errors that even I can catch. I have continued to try and track Willis Robertson and his family prior to the 1850 Overton County census, but no luck. How did you come to believe that Charlotty's maiden name was Reynolds? Would love to hear from you. I had major virus last Oct 01 and lost many files and e-mail addresses. Charlotte Reynolds Robertson's name was recorded in her daughter, Mary Robertson Russell's Bible. American Bible Society -1852. I copied this information from the Bible in early 1970's The Bible was in possession of Mary's granddaughter, Anne, at that time. Anne died in 1994. The parents were listed along with the births and death of Mary's 14 siblings up through Mary's death in Dec 1899. Father & mother-in-law of France M.
