I found an A. G. Robbs from AL living with a Mayfield family in the 1850 census. The wife was also from AL. I think the name was Rebecca. I thought perhaps A. G. was her brother. He was 18. She was only 23. I wonder if this could have been Alex Robbs. We have yet to connect him to our Robbs. Maybe I should say we haven't connected our Robbs to any other definitely. Sharon
