George KERR moved from near Nashville, Washington County, Illinois, to Golconda, transferring his church membership from the First Presbyterian Church in Nashville to the M.E. Church of Golconda on 14 May 1911. Are the church records of the M.E. Church available in one of the libraries or historical or genealogical societies? Also, I'm trying to find more information about George KERR's time in Golconda. Are there city directories available? George KERR left Golconda for California, but I don't know when and am trying to run that down. I'm planning a trip to do some on-site researching this spring.
