Searching for a Roxy Sisco/Cisco who was married to a W. Sam Kelly. They had one child, Alfreida. This was in the late 1800's, early 1900's. W. Sam Kelly owned a restaurant, and a grocery store in Golconda at this time. Anyone know what I'm talking about?? Missy :)
