June 4, 1880: "Mrs. Sarah A. Turner was born in Summerset, May 1, 1821, and died near Barry, Pike county, Ill., May 29, 1880, aged 59 years. She was married to Lewis Turner in 1849, who preceded her to the spirit world only a few months. She leaves two sons, one daughter, and many relatives and friends to mourn her death. Her funeral was conducted by Elder W. Green on last Sunday afternoon at her late residence."
