He died Nov 29, 1864 from an injury in the Civil War...... He served in Union Army, 73rd Illinois Infanty Volunteers, Company H I am seeking his mother's maiden name.......he was the son of John and Lydia ??? McCLAIN original settlers of Weakley County, Tn......I have lots of information that I would be happy to exchange on this family.....
