There is a little book (more like a booklet) that was written around 1900 about the Jeffers of Pike and surrounding counties. The book is difficult to follow because the author jumps from generation to generation without finishing a sibling group. It has to be studied to make sure you have the right names for everyone. I have made an index for this booklet which may help some people. The names included are... Anthony, Auten,Bailey,Banta,Barrett,BernardBirdsell, Boggs, Brewer.
