Chris, page 722 Humphrey D. Harlow, deceased, was born in Albemarle county, VA Jan. 20, 1800, and was the son of Daniel Harlow. He was raised on a farm but early learned the use of toold and for several years after he settled in life he worked in wood work of various kinds, in connection with farming. In religion he was a prominent member of the Baptist Church, and was always respected for his consistency and zeal in the Master's cause. He died Feb. 7, 1880 at 6 pm. he was married twice during life, and his second wife was Mrs. Amilda (McKinney) McCoy, by whom he had one child, Elizabeth, now Mrs. Nathan Zumwalt. Mrs. Harlow has 2 children living and Mrs. Zumwalt has had 12 children, of whom 10 are living. She has also 14 grandchildren.
