Hi Kathy, I just tried it and got thru fine. Looks like on the first page you need to click on "Register a new entry", the next page enter your email address and a password under "New Users" (the box on the right), the third page will then ask for your first and last name, the fourth page will ask for your email address and password again and then it will take you to the last page in which you can enter up to 5 surnames at a time.
