The young man who was about 24 years of age, died at the home of his grandmother. His mother and younger sister live in White Hall, where the father, Charles Peck was electrocuted last year while working for C.I.P.S. Company. Young Peck, it is said had visited his sweetheart, who was ill with scarlet fever, on Friday and had contracted the disease from which he died. He had been a truck driver for Charles D. Hall, and only about a week before his death, had left Hall's employ when the truck was sold.
