What cemetery are we talking about?

Ball Bluff Cemetery http://www.zwire.com/site/news.cfm?brd=606 People were unable to get into the cemetery due to the land owner forbidding entry to cemetery. They have had a court battle going on for some time. Obviously someone has access to it. What on earth could be so exciting about destroying a tombstone.
