This looks like a match. My gg-grandfather James Martin Hoover named a daughter Priscilla. I am at work and don't have my Hoover file, but I definitely want to exchange info with you. Two ancestors that have given me the most trouble to research are 'John Jones' and 'Henry Hoover'. There seems to be half dozen in any location at any time :)
