I'm looking for the connection between REDDICK and McDOWELL families. Thomas W. REDDICK / REDICK b. 1810 in Hamilton Co. Ohio and he married Eliza Jane DeWITT in Schuyler Co. IL on March 30, 1831. They lived in Brown Co IL for several years, but eventually moved to Fish Hook, Pike County, Illinois on a farm. After the death of Thomas & Eliza, a family of McDOWELL became owners of the farm. I was told that Lillian REDDICK McDOWELL was a half sister to a REDDICK and she was one of the McDOWELL's living on the farm. Lillian was supposedly around 95 years old when she died, which was about 1965 or so. I know nothing more about Lillian. Does any one? Thomas and Eliza were buried on the farm land. I'm trying to learn their death date's. Judi
