The things that connect with my information are Berkshire Co. NY, IL, Gorton, and the name Thomas Acock. My questions are: Was Thomas Acock's, middle name a family name? Do you have the Acock name as a sername in your family history? We have a Thomas ACOCKS who married a GORTON, her name may be Nancy. Marriage was around 1800 give or take a few years.
