Lemuel Bradbury was the father of George Bradbury who was the husband of Eliza Mummy, George died in Missouri before 1880. I checked the 1860 census for George and Eliza, they were in Griggsville, Pike County, IL. George b. 1833, IL. farmer, Eliza Ann b. 1837, OH., Children, Charlotte b. 1855 and William born 1858. 1870 they are in Cuivre Township, Audrain County, MO. George 36 farmer, Eliza 32, Charlotte 14, Sylvester 11, Lemuel 9, Carrie 4, Ellen 1. 1880 census Cuivre, Pike County, MO., Eliza a widow 43, Sylvester 21, Lemuel 19, Carrie 14 and Ammie 11. All the children were born in Illinois so the family must have moved to Missouri sometime after Ammie's birth in 1869. Some of the other family members living in Pike County, MO in 1880 were Nathan and Anson Bradbury born 1840 in IL. A Cephus Bradbury b. 1829 in IL. was in ! Cuivre, Audrain County, MO. Notice the township names are the same but the counties are different. Also George Bradbury's children probably used their first and middle names which was done a lot in those days.
