Hederick (of the Black Hawk war) in the north part of Beverly township in 1835; moved into McKee township in 1838, and back to Beverly township several years later; raised a large family, and has been a widow and a blind invalid for many years, living with her son John, where she died Oct. 29, 1891, aged 91 years, 7 months, and 6 days."
