I was told by my father that my grandfather, Andrew MAISE, was a Mason. He lived in Hull, IL most of his life. My question is.... was there a Masonic Lodge in Hull or Hannibal, MO and how can I get records of their membership? I'm not sure what information is needed to join the Masons, but wouldn't a person need proof that they were an ancestor of a Mason? I don't know how my grandfather could have done this because he was orphaned very young. Thanks for any information, Lonna in Texas
