    3. The Illinois Masonic Lodge Grand Sec is at 2866 Via Verde St, PO Box 4147 Springfield IL 62703. Email is www.ilmason.org. Phone is 217-529-8900. The only record they will most likely have is who belonged to what lodge. This is from books that were published and later given to the Illinois Sec. All the original records and books were destroyed in a fire. When I was there, the secretary had a drawer full of requests that she was going to get around to answering when she had a free moment. I have later received word from a cousin that she actually go a reply by mail from them. I am sure the Illinois Sec will give you the address of the Hull and Hannibal lodges if they are existing. There are still several Masonic Lodges in Pike County. Some have consolidated with Pittsfield. Perry has one. New Salem consolidated several years ago. The Perry lodge was very cooperative. The Pittsfield lodge was not interested in looking for old records and I was not even told if they had them. They may have different officers now. ----- Original Message ----- From: Lonna Poland <lonna@granbury.com> To: <ILPIKE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, February 15, 2000 11:28 AM Subject: [ILPIKE] Masonic lookup? > I was told by my father that my grandfather, Andrew MAISE, was a Mason.
