Ok, I have tried to stay nice and not be nosy but I have to tell you I was born and raised in Okla. and I know every community your talking about even where Tuttle is. I will be in Greenpond on Memorial Day if the others don't find it for you. What you need on Wm. Frank is a death certificate from the courthouse if they have one. The records at Greenpond burned with the church and some graves are unmarked because of that.
