Do you have very much information regarding the Ingrams? My ancestor John Ingram had seven boys, one of whom was James Ingram. James' wife was (based on various ways I've seen it) Ritter Susan Ann Akin. Ritter's parents were John and Frances (Davis) Akin. John's dad was Isom Akin, born about 1722 in Chesterfield, VA. I don't have any original sourced information on the Akin line. I became interested in the connection after reading the Akin and Richey letters regarding the 1852 wagon train to Oregon on Multnomah County's USGENWEB site. Anyway, just wanted to see what you might have along the Ingram line. Would be happy to share anything useful I have.
