The anniversary was marked with a celebration with all of their children Easter Sunday. Mr. Saxbury and the former Eva Delores Ryan were married March 27, 1943 in the home of the Rev. Lee Anthony on N. 24th. They were attended by Ellis Ryan, brother of the bride, and Mildred Cox Cantrell, cousin of the bride. Mr. Saxbury is the son of the late Ben W. Saxbury and Alma Saxbury of Hull. Mrs. Saxbury is the daughter of the late Dennis and Eva Ryan of Richfield. They are the parents of seven children, Mrs. Robert (Charis) Strubinger and Mrs. Bill (Carol) Chaplin, both of Kinderhook; Galen Saxbury of Hannibal, Mo.; Kent Saxbury of New Canton; Bill Saxbury of Versailles; Jan Saxbury of Rushville; and Mrs. Roger (Dawn) Landers of Vandalia, Mo. There are 22 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
