I am looking for any info on the William Lovett family. William and wife Susan purchased land in Pike Co. in 1834 and more later. It was located , I think, in the New Salem area. I have them in the 1850 census as follows: William Lovett ,Susan his wife. William C. ; Asa Clinton, Lawson , Amanda, Mary A., Martha, and James. Would appreciate anything -burial sites and soforth. Four af them were in the Union Forces of the Civil War. Haven't been able to trace William except that his wife and three of the children were born in CT. Thanks. Ray Lovett ryvett@aol.com
