i can fill you in on the ball bluff cemetery, as i am one of the people involved in the court battle. after three years and thousands of dollars in lawyer expence we now have a permaNENT EASEMENT TO THIS CEMETERY .ALTHOUGH NOT IN TIME TO GET IT CLEANED UP THIS SUMMER TO HOT. WE HAVE STARTED WORK ON THE ROAD HOWEVER.
