    3. I don't have the info at my fingertips as I was doing some research for an old classmate of mine who descends. I'm thinking it was ca l840 however. The family moved to Howard/Randolph Co's, MO. An obit on a family member mentioned kin to John Brown the Abolitionist and Pres. James K. Polk (I'm thinking the Wilkins were possibly connected to the former.)
