    3. I missed the earlier posts on this, the news story. I'd like to see it if possible. The costs of this court battle to get an easement, and other costs, shouldn't have to be paid by those who were simply trying to enforce what the law already provides for, in a case like this - or else it seems to me like something is wrong. But perhaps that would require another court case. I'd like to get a copy of this easement, as I'm working on restoring an old cemetery where an easement is also needed, but in our case the landowner has already said he will give an easement to us. We just need to get it written up. Our county clerk mentioned he was keeping his eyes open to find an example, but I would like to see the easement for this one in Pike county. If not available otherwise, I'll check at the Pike county courthouse for the easement in Atlas township - anyone know which section? or the legal description? Robert

    3. I didn't have much time to thoroughly investigate, but I found a number of easement sites on the Web, one mentioning a sample cemetery easement from CA. Just an idea.
