I would call to find out if there is one and if so, ask what their procedure is. When I was there in July the indexes are upstairs but a clerk will have to go to the vault in the basement to retrieve the case file. They handed me the key. I had a fun down there in July but I had to move a lot of boxes etc to get to the files I wanted. I would just imagine that the clerks don't find it fun.
