    3. Nancy, I found this when i did a search for DAVIS in the Pike County, IL site. Jerry D F. Portell March 31, 1997 Researching John M. DAVIS, b abt 1790 in KY, died after 1860 in MO. Wife is unknown. No proof at this time but possibly father of: 1. Jonathan Stark Davis born 1807 KY 2. Rachel Davis born 1808 KY 3. Joshua Davis born 1810 KY 4. Nancy Davis born 1813 KY 5. William Thompson Davis born 1818 IL 6. Thomas K. Davis born 1820 IL 7. Milton E. Davis born 1824 IL 8. John Davis born 1824 IL 9. Benjamin Davis born 1824 IL Milton, John and Benjamin Davis supposedly triplets if 1824 date is correct on all three. There were marriages performed by a John DAVIS in KY, Pike Co., IL and Pulaski Co., MO. Possibly family moved from KY, to Pike County, IL to MO counties of Maries, Miller, Pulaski plus others.
