My Perry County ancestors were Margaret ABERNATHY wife of Turner ABERNATHY. Margaret moved to Perry from Washington County, IL, after Turner died and stayed with her daughters Elizabeth and Celia who were married to Adam and David LYNCH. Margaret's son Nelson Turner ABERNATHY is my ancestor who married Miram Lavina ANDERSON, 1857, Miram was the daughter of Richard Berry ANDERSON (son of Amos) and Elizabeth MARLOW (daughter of Richard) married 1829. Miram's sister, Catherine, married Tyer LINGO and their daughtert Alice born in Texas County, MO, is also my ancestor. Charlie Abernathy
