    3. I'm searching for any family members of Jacob Martin KUNZ who came from Nona, Prussia in 1853. He came to Perry County in 1856 and went from being a blacksmith to hardware merchant and built the Kunz Opera House which still stands today in Pinckneyville. Jacob was married to Lottie Halkomeyer and later,Catherine Wildermuth. There was a total of 12 children. Children were; 1st family; Theodore, Henry, Wilhelmine, Jacob. 2nd family; Elizabeth, Fred, Charles, Emma, Otilla, George, Edward, Arthur, Herman Also searching for more knowledge on Conrad Krug who came from Wollerrode, Hesse in 1870's and his wife, Anna Marie Link Hepp. Anna was married in 1868 to John Hepp, a butcher from Bavaria. She stayed in Belleville upon her arrival to US. Family lived near Galum church their married life. Children were; Karl, Johann, Ida, Mary, Edwin, Conrad and William. Would also welcome any information on Schwartzkopfs in the Perry county area. John Schwartzkopf married Caroline Le Pere and raised their family in Perry County.
