Her name has also been spelled Rosma Catherine BLATTER VOLMER, Rosina Catharine BLATTER VOLMER, Catherine Rosine BLATTER VOLMER, and Rosa Rosina Catherine BLATTER VOLMER. She was born 23 July 1867 in New Athens, St. Clair, IL. She and her husand, William Lincoln VOLMER were married 8 Mar 1885 and moved to Ammon, Bonneville, ID. William Lincoln VOLMER passed away 15 Jan 1943 in Pickneyville, Perry, IL. I have a copy of his death record. He was born 22 Sept 1860 in Perry county, IL.
