Recently I requested information on my ancestors Francis Smith who died March 13, 1884 in Perry County and Jennet McHatton, his wife, who died Jan 13, 1873. I received two responses to contact these individuals, privately. After doing so, I never heard back from them. However, the amount of spam I receive has increased. Are these 2 posters legitimate or using email addresses for spam?
